Our refund policy allows you to request a refund or reprint within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the issue falls within our eligibility criteria outlined below.
You are eligible for a full refund or free reprint if your order meets any of the following criteria:
Defects in print quality, such as smudges, incorrect colors, misalignment, or other production errors that are the fault of our printing process.
You received the wrong product, wrong quantity, or incorrect specifications (size, paper type, etc.) than what you ordered.
Products arrive damaged due to shipping issues. Please document damage with photos for your claim.
Parts of your order are missing or incomplete.

Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order via email or phone. Have your order number ready.
Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number and a description of the problem. This helps us process your claim quickly and improve our quality control.
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. We'll contact you to discuss the best solution – either a full refund or a free reprint of your order.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Reprints will be rushed into production with expedited shipping at no additional cost.

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or reprints:
Mistakes in your submitted design files (typos, incorrect images, color choices, etc.) are your responsibility. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
Minor color variations between your screen and printed materials are normal due to RGB vs. CMYK color modes and are not grounds for refund.
Products that are custom-made to your specifications (unless there's a printing error on our part).
Refund requests made more than 14 days after delivery of your order.
Orders cancelled or refund requests due to change of mind after production has started.
Issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect file formats, or files that don't meet our specifications.
