1. Orders & Payment
By placing an order with Forerunner Media Inc., you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product costs, shipping, and any applicable taxes. All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
2. Production & Shipping
Turnaround times listed on product pages are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Forerunner Media is not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Custom Designs
For products requiring custom artwork (e.g., church tracts), our design team will contact you after payment to finalize the design. You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production begins.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. If your order arrives damaged or with printing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you provide for printing (logos, text, images). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reproduce any content submitted. Forerunner Media retains no ownership of your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Forerunner Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
